Observation

A camera cord in the dining room area and a charger cord on the kitchen counter (removed on site) were obesrved to be accessible to children at the time of inspection. The cabinet under the kitchen sink posed an entrapment hazard and was accessible to children at the time of inspection. Two toy organizers in the playroom area posed a tipping hazard and were accessible to children at the time of inspection. Multiple drawers in the kitchen area were observed to be broken and required repairing at the time of inspection. The water temperature was measured at 122.6 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection.
